1. Operator and acceptance
The service is operated by Levent Tuzun, a sole proprietor established in Türkiye and operating the Lithune brand. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you access it through OpenRouter, the applicable OpenRouter terms also apply to your platform account, access and payment relationship.
2. Service
Lithune provides OpenAI-compatible language-model inference using privately operated hardware in Türkiye. Models, capacity and features may change. OpenRouter listing is pending; pricing and public access will be available there after launch. Once listed, the current availability and price presented by OpenRouter take precedence over older cached or third-party information.
3. Permitted use
You must comply with applicable law, the rights of others and any platform policies that govern your access. You must not:
- use the service to facilitate unlawful activity or violate intellectual-property, privacy or other rights;
- probe, disrupt, overload or attempt unauthorised access to the infrastructure;
- circumvent authentication, safety controls or rate limits;
- misrepresent generated output as verified fact where doing so could cause harm; or
- resell direct access without written permission where such permission is required.
4. Access, pricing and suspension
Public access is planned through OpenRouter-issued credentials after the OpenRouter listing launches. Prices shown by OpenRouter may change and are administered through that platform. Lithune may reject, rate-limit or suspend requests when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, maintenance or service quality.
5. Your content and privacy
You retain the rights you hold in submitted content. You authorise Lithune to process that content only as needed to provide and protect the service. You are responsible for having the rights and lawful basis required to submit it. Lithune does not claim ownership of prompts or outputs and does not use them to train models. See the Privacy Notice and Data Policy.
6. Model output
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive or unsuitable. You must review output before relying on or publishing it. The service is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or safety advice, and should not be used as the sole basis for high-impact decisions.
7. Availability and warranties
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Lithune disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular output, latency or fitness for a specific purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lithune is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses resulting from use of or inability to use the service. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Changes and termination
Lithune may modify or discontinue the service and may update these terms. Material changes will be indicated by the updated date. You may stop using the service at any time.
10. Reporting infringing or unlawful use
To report a rights infringement (copyright, trademark, personality or privacy rights, trade secrets) or unlawful use of the service, e-mail [email protected] with:
- your name and contact details;
- the right or law concerned and, if you report on behalf of a rights holder, proof of your authority;
- a description of the content or use and when it occurred; and
- a statement that the report is accurate and made in good faith.
Lithune does not store prompts or outputs, so it cannot remove content that has already been delivered. It can restrict access to the service and cooperate with OpenRouter and competent authorities.
11. Governing law, language and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their place of residence. Product questions and legal notices may be sent to [email protected].
These terms, the Privacy Notice and the Data Policy are published in English and Turkish. If the two versions differ, the English version prevails, except where Turkish law requires the Turkish text to apply.
