5. Your content and privacy

You retain the rights you hold in submitted content. You authorise Lithune to process that content only as needed to provide and protect the service. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive or unsuitable. You must review output before relying on or publishing it. The service is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or safety advice, and should not be used as the sole basis for high-impact decisions.

7. Availability and warranties

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Lithune disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular output, latency or fitness for a specific purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Lithune may modify or discontinue the service and may update these terms. Material changes will be indicated by the updated date. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their place of residence. Questions or notices may currently be submitted through the official Lithune OpenRouter profile.
